Economic Development Council Panel: County of Denton, TX

Glenn Silva, COO of Lone Star PACE was part of a panel hosted by the County of Denton, Texas and the Denton Economic Development Council on May 28, 2021.

In this session, they introduced what C-PACE or Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing is, how the program worked and why it was such a great tool for commercial property owners.

Throughout, the benefits to the County of Denton were emphasized, especially environmental, job and related financial impacts, all at no cost to the taxpayer.
