Burleson City Council authorized the use of PACE financing in 2021 and selected Lone Star PACE as its Program Administrator. Burleson is in a prime location for development, redevelopment and reinvestment, from industrial to many kinds of commercial purpose such as hospitality, mixed-use, retail, and multi-family — so PACE might be an attractive financing tool to include in your capital stack.
