Olivia Lueckemeyer is a communications strategist and commercial real estate professional with more than 10 years of industry experience. As Director at Lone Star PACE, she leads the company’s marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement efforts while also supporting strategic business operations across the organization.
Olivia oversees marketing strategy, public relations and media outreach, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that strengthens the Lone Star PACE brand and promotes the firm’s mission and services. She also plays an active role in government and industry relations, maintaining regular engagement with representatives from partner jurisdictions, Economic Development Corporations and other key stakeholders to support the continued growth of C-PACE across Texas.
In addition, Olivia coordinates tracking of active C-PACE transactions, helping monitor deal progress and keeping projects on schedule toward closing. She also supports business development by ensuring Lone Star PACE maintains a strong presence at industry events and through ongoing engagement with leaders in commercial real estate and local government.
Olivia received her BA in Mass Communications from Loyola University New Orleans.
