Lone Star PACE is a leader in facilitating innovative financing solutions that support sustainable building upgrades. Established in 2017, we serve as a program administrator for Texas’ Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program, or C-PACE. We work closely with property owners, municipalities and senior capital providers to streamline the C-PACE process, providing our city and county clients with comprehensive support from project inception to completion.
As a program administrator, Lone Star PACE facilitates the C-PACE transaction by acting as a liaison between the project sponsor and the capital provider on behalf of the city or county. Lone Star PACE currently administers PACE programs throughout Texas.
