Ryan McCormick is a founding member of Lone Star PACE, helping to launch the firm in 2017. He serves as a Program Administrator, playing a key role in expanding Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing across Texas. Ryan holds a Series 50 License as a Registered Municipal Advisor, bringing specialized expertise to transactions that drive economic development and public benefit through furthering the States energy and water conservation goals.
With a strong background in finance and mortgage lending, Ryan works closely with property owners, developers, contractors, and local governments to facilitate projects that implement utility conservation reduction measures. He also leads marketing and educational initiatives to broaden stakeholder understanding of the value and applications of C-PACE financing.
Prior to his work with Lone Star PACE, Ryan built extensive experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Nation’s Lending, where he managed multi-state loan originations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Nonprofit Management from the University of North Texas, blending financial knowledge with a strong understanding of community development.
Through his leadership in program administration, Ryan helps channel private capital into new construction, acquisition rehabilitation, and asset repurposing projects, supporting property improvements that enhance value, improve utility efficiency, promote sustainability, provide public benefit, and contribute to long-term economic growth across Texas.
