The development was part of the project sponsor’s mission to transform the Dallas Design District by building unparalleled office experiences.
Impact
By obtaining C-PACE financing, the property owner was able to upgrade the building envelope, HVAC, plumbing, lighting systems & controls, which enabled Dallas County to further its sustainability and economic development goals while reducing demand on the Texas electrical grid. The improvements are expected to reduce annual energy usage by 8% and annual water usage by 34%.
