Impact
By obtaining C-PACE financing, the property owner was able to upgrade the building’s envelope, electrical lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems, which enabled Dallas County to further their sustainability and economic development goals while reducing demand on the Texas electrical grid. The improvements are expected to reduce annual energy usage by 25% and annual water usage by 79%.
