By obtaining C-PACE financing, the property owner was able to upgrade the building’s envelope and lighting systems. In addition to driving down energy costs, the improvements will enable Denton County to advance its sustainability and economic development goals while significantly reducing demand on local utilities. The associated improvements are expected to reduce the property’s energy usage by 37% per year.
